Blueberry Ginger Smoothie
Tips for success: This is an excellent smoothie that is full of antioxidants, inflammation reduction and fiber. You can use any fruit that you like, in this recipe. The addition of salt will help bring out the sweetness.

- Food blender
Ingredients
- 6 oz. blueberries frozen
- 1 inch piece ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 teaspoon truvia brown sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add the blueberries, ginger, kosher salt, flax seed, truvia and water to a food blender and blitz on high for 1-2 minutes.
