Cilantro Haberno Crema
- 16 oz. Mexican sour cream
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- ½ cup water
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 habanero
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz on high for 1 minute. Sauce will last for 7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Sauce is great with tacos,seafood, vegetables and grilled meats.
