  • 16 oz. Mexican sour cream
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup water
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 habanero
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz on high for 1 minute. Sauce will last for 7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Sauce is great with tacos,seafood, vegetables and grilled meats.
