    Cilantro Sauce Cooking Tips:

I usually remove ¼ inch from the bottom of the cilantro and use the whole stem and leaves. A pinch of kosher salt equals ⅛ - ¼ teaspoon.

    Can you make ahead?

Fridge: Sauce can be made a day or two in advance. Place in an airtight container in the fridge for 7 days max.
