Cilantro Sauce Cooking Tips:
I usually remove 1/4 inch from the bottom of the cilantro and use the whole stem and leaves. A pinch of kosher salt equals 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon.
Can you make ahead?
Fridge: Sauce can be made a day or two in advance. Place in an airtight container in the fridge for 7 days max.

what to serve with Cilantro Sauce ?
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- zest of ½ lime
- juice of ½ lime
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- ½ bunch cilantro
- pinch kosher salt
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Assemble taco, fish, cabbage, sauce, jalapeno slices and cilantro.Keep sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
