  • 2 cups day old cornbread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley roughly chopped
  • 3 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼-½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Lamb

  • 2 6-8 bone racks of lamb 2 to 2¼ pounds each, bones cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
  • ¼ cup honey
