Garlic Mushroom Flatbread
Ingredients
- Roasted Garlic Paste:
- 24 cloves of garlic peeled
- Garlic Mushrooms:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 16 oz. baby portobello mushrooms washed & quartered
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 8 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Flatbread:
- 2 vegan puff pastry sheets thawed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
