Greek Yogurt Parfait
Tips for success: You can use non-fat Greek Yogurt but I just appreciate the extra 2% of fat; I think it tastes better. By using non-fat Greek Yogurt the serving size is only 139 calories. I use Nature’s Path Pumpkin Flax Seed Granola for this recipe and caloric measurements. When you use your favorite granola just adjust the recipe for an accurate calorie count.

Ingredients
- 1 cup 2 % Greek Yogurt
- 30 g blueberries or berries
- 1 tablespoon granola
Instructions
- In a bowl place yogurt, blueberries and garnish with granola. Enjoy cold.
