This herb salsa is easy and healthy. It’s great on grilled meat, grilled vegetables, tacos and anything else that needs a delicious topping.
Herb Salsa Cooking Tips:
Only use Italian parsley for this recipe. Curly head parsley has no flavor. Make sure to use the stem and leaves of the cilantro.
Can you make ahead?
Fridge: Place in an airtight container in the fridge for 4 days max.

You can add some jalapenos for a added spicy note.
If you do not have olive oil, use whatever oil you have on hand.
what to serve with Herb Salsa ?
- ½ bunch parsley chopped
- ½ bunch cilantro chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- Place all ingredients except oil in a bowl, then slowly stir in oil. Adjust seasoning and taste. Keep sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days.
