  • 1 tablespoon unsalted vegan butter

Arugula and Pomegranate Salad:

  • 5 oz. arugula
  • 4 oz. ken's balsamic dressing
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
