  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Arugula and Pomegranate Salad:

  • 5 oz. arugula
  • 4 oz. ken's balsamic dressing
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded

Salmon:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 6-8 oz. salmon filets skin on
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
