  • ½ cup tahini paste
  • 1/3 cup water
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves charred
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper


  • Add all the ingredients to a small food processor and blitz on high for 1 minute. Taste and adjust seasoning. Keep salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7 days.
