Mixed Berry Protein Shake
Tips for success: My protein powder of choice is garden of life meal replacement chocolate but the vanilla is good too. I use cashew milk because it’s low in calories compared to the other nut milk. You can use any milk of your choice, just adjust the recipe for your calorie adjustment. If you omit the banana you can save 100 calories.
Equipment
- Food blender
- Liquid measuring cup
Ingredients
- 6 oz. blueberries frozen
- 1 medium banana
- 1 scoop of Garden of Life meal vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
Instructions
- Add the blueberries, banana, protein powder and cashew milk to a food blender and blitz on high for 1-2 minutes.
