Peanut Butter and Jelly
Tips for success: Almond butter, cashew butter, sunflower butter and any other new butter that they come out with will work well. Weigh out your peanut butter and jelly to make sure you do not add too much. I eat Santa Cruz preserves because they're good and inexpensive. Preserves are less processed and are more fruit than sugar, like jelly and jam.

Ingredients
- 1 slice of Ezekiel bread toasted
- 32 g 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 19 g 1 tablespoon favorite preserve
Instructions
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the nut butter evenly over the toast, then evenly spread jelly.
