  • 3 cups flour plus more for rolling out
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crisco shortening
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup cold water chilled
  • 1 tablespoon vodka
