Southern Creole Cookbook, Pre-Order




Growing up in New Orleans you encounter a melting pot of culture and as a result I was introduced to a variety of global foods as a child. The famous creole cuisine of my city is made of several cultures represented by the Acadians, French, African, Spaniards, Native Americans and Germans. The combination of the regional contributions from diverse ethnic groups gave birth to the New Orleans creole flavor we know and love. In my book, Southern Creole, I share accounts of my early introduction to this regional cuisine in addition to my path to professional journey.
