  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 4 eggs room temperature
  • 2 15 oz. cans pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoons + ½ teaspoon flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 12 oz. cans evaporated milk
  • 2 pie crust homemade or store bought
