I’ve spent my entire career as a chef, helping professional athletes perform at the highest level on the biggest sports stages. I truly enjoy helping people learn simple and effective recipes. These recipes will allow you to live a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing flavor. We can have our cake and eat it too, seriously! Goals for joining the 21 Day Challenge- To keep me motivated and engaged. My goal is to make it past day 1.

Results after the 21 Day Challenge- I lost 8 lbs, which I’m ecstatic about, but I look forward to losing more, this bawdy was not built overnight! The greatest thing about this was that it isn’t a fad diet, I could actually see us eating this way for good. I’ve learned to navigate through my favorites by just tweaking a few of the high fat ingredients.

Goals for joining the 21 Day Challenge- To make a lifestyle change, to lose weight and learn to properly execute my time in the kitchen.

Results after the 21 Day Challenge- Within the 21 days I have managed to lose 10.1 lbs! (The doctor set a 10 lb goal in 3 months lol) I can comfortably get in a few pairs of jeans that were cutting my breath at the waist and my shirts are fitting a bit nicer. I have also gain some endurance and stamina. My walking pace is steadily improving and I’m climbing stairs without knee pain and without huffing and puffing. I’ve enjoyed the camaraderie and support which made this 21 day challenge fun. It’s been a pleasure!! 😊 💕 😍

Results after the 21 Day Challenge- This contest is teaching me to be better organized and prepared, when meal prepping. I need this more than ever, as I just started taking more classes online. I am really encouraged by Chef Kenneth and is enjoying his recipes. Thanks Chef Kenneth, you are very much appreciated.

Goals for joining the 21 Day Challenge- Need to lose 10 pounds. I am prediabetic so this will help be get out of that range .

Results after the 21 Day Challenge- Just wanted to say thank you!!! These past 3 weeks I’ve worked on being more diligent in meal planning and I’ve seen a drastic change in my body and overall health. I even got my family to eat SQUASH!!! I look forward to rocking with you guys another 21days as I continue to go toe to toe with diabetes!!!
