If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Apparel Items
Orders are print-on-demand. Every product ordered is one of one. We accept exchanges/returns if the product is damaged, if the wrong size was sent, if the products are defective, or misprinted. Suppose you ordered the wrong size or design. We will not issue a refund or exchange the product.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to kenneth@kennethtemple.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Digital products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
