Roasted Broccoli and Red onions

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • Chef knife
  • Cutting board
  • Dry measuring spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. about 5 ½ heads broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red onion sliced medium
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven, in a bowl add the broccoli, red onion, kosher salt, black pepper, and avocado oil, toss to combine. Add to a foiled lined baking sheet, pop in the oven for 30 minutes, stir and serve in 4 oz. portions.

Notes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
