- 1 8.5 oz. jar sundried tomatoes in olive oil drained, sliced
- 1 oz. fresh basil sliced ¼ inch
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 puff pastry sheets thawed
- ¼ cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
