Taco Bar
Tips for success: This is a taco bar, so fill free to add or not add your favorite toppings to your tacos. Draining your meat removes all of the flavor that the meat has released. We want all of that flavor in our tacos! At one point your skillet will look like boiling meat, then 3 minutes later all of it will have evaporated and the real flavor will begin to build. If you use soft tacos, wrap them in foil and pop in a 300-degree oven for 5 minutes or cover with a damp paper towel and pop in the microwave for 15 seconds. You can use ground turkey for a healthier substitute.
