Cornbread Crusted Lamb Chops
Ingredients
Seasoning
- 2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Cornbread Crust
- 2 cups day old cornbread crumbs
- ¼ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley roughly chopped
- 3 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼-½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Lamb
- 2 6-8 bone racks of lamb 2 to 2¼ pounds each, bones cleaned
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
- ¼ cup honey
