Peanut Punch is a classic kid friendly Caribbean snack that can also be easily transformed into a delicious cocktail!
Caribbean Peanut Punch Cooking Tips:
You want to make sure to use natural peanut butter, with no additional sugar or salt added. Otherwise, it will be too sweet.
Can you make ahead?
Fridge: It can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
The longer it is kept in the refrigerator, the peanut punch will thicken. If it becomes too thick, you can thin it out with a little water or milk.
