Energy Berry Bowl
Tips for success: Any frozen fruit, combination of frozen fruit or fresh fruit will work for this recipe. I use Nature’s Path Pumpkin Flax Seed Granola for this recipe and caloric measurements. Use your favorite granola just adjust for the calorie count.
Equipment
- Dry measuring spoons
- Chef knife
- Cutting board
Ingredients
- 20 oz. fresh cut fruit
- 2 teaspoons truvia brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 4 tablespoons granola
Instructions
- In a meal prep container, weigh out 4 oz. of strawberries, 2 oz. of blueberries, ½ teaspoon truvia, and a pinch of the ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, 1 tablespoon shaved coconut and 1 tablespoon of granola. Do this for the remaining meal prep containers. Enjoy fresh out of the refrigerator. Fruit will remain fresh for 4 days.
- For a warm treat pop in the microwave, cover and cook for 45 seconds.
