Blueberry Mint Margarita Tips:
You can use fresh blueberries as a substitute for the frozen. If you cannot find Triple Sec or Cointreau, make the cocktail still.

Fridge: I make a pitcher to keep from making individual cocktails. I add the ice, right before serving.

Blueberry Mint Margarita
Ingredients
Blueberry Mint Syrup:
- 8 oz. frozen blueberries
- 2 sprigs mint plus more for garnish
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
Margarita:
- Ice
- 8 oz. Reposado tequila
- 4 oz. Triple Sec
- 4 oz. blueberry mint syrup
- 4 tablespoons of Tajin
- 4 wedges of lime
Instructions
- Turn on the heat to medium in a medium pot add blueberries, mint, sugar and water, bring to a boil. Add to a food processor and blitz on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Strain syrup through a fine mesh strainer, over a bowl, then add back to the pot and bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Rub each glass with a wedge of lime, then dip in the Tajin. In each glass add ice, 2 oz. tequila, 1 oz. triple sec, 1 oz. blueberry mint syrup, juice of 1 lime wedge. Stir to combine, garnish with mint sprigs.
