It’s that time of the year and love is in the air, hopefully. Yesterday, I had the wonderful opportunity to be a guest on “The 504” for a cooking segment about cooking for your boo! My inspiration was to use foods known as aphrodisiacs. That started a wonderful conversation during the show to say the least. Me personally, I believe that food is a natural aphrodisiac especially when it’s good food like the two recipes below. I hope you enjoy the Arugula and Pomegranate Salad and the Puppy Drum with Pesto Chili Pasta. You can definitely use your favorite fish in place of the Puppy Drum. I had to take some quick photos before the crew destroyed the food and had to get ready for my interview segment. Hope you enjoy!

- 4 oz. balsamic dressing
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
