This jalapeno aioli is for the heat seekers like myself. Garlic, mayo and jalapeno, is a great combo! This recipe is easy to make and great for any burger, sandwich or a dipping sauce.

Jalapeno Aioli
Ingredients
- 2 jalapeños charred, peeled, diced
- 3 garlic cloves charred.
- 8 oz. mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, add jalapenos, garlic, mayonnaise and salt, blitz on high for 1 minute. Keep aioli in a airtight container in the refrigerator for 14 days. Use in place of mayonnaise.
