In a food blender, add the watermelon and blitz on high for 30 seconds. You should have 2 cups of watermelon juice. Add the frozen lime concentrate, mint, spiced rum, vodka, and ice. Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups chopped seeded watermelon
- 24 oz. frozen lime concentrate
- 6 leaves of mint plus more for garnish
- 3 oz. spiced rum ⅓ cup
- 3 oz. vodka ⅓ cup
- 6 cups ice
- 1 lime sliced
- 6 frozen watermelon balls
Instructions
- In a food blender add watermelon, blitz on high for 30 seconds. You should have 2 cups of watermelon juice. Add the frozen lime concentrate, mint, spiced rum, vodka, and ice.
